+++ work on quests: quest_spells table is now abandoned, instead added new field to Quests table: beginSpell to add a list of spells that are needed to be applied on player on quest begin and renamed CastSpell to finishSpell which is a list of spells that may finish the quest. Both lists are limited to 4 spells only yet but can be easily expanded to more when needed.
